I am a native of New York state, however, I was raised most of my life in the mountains of North Carolina. It was there that I experienced gardening first-hand with my grandparents and learned the true meaning of farm-to-table. I have always had a passion for baking; creating pies was my niche. My grandma was very special to me, she raised me. She had a big country kitchen that was full of wonderful aromas as she baked pies. Her Sweet Potato Pie recipe was one of her most prized possessions, and it continues to be a favorite from generation-to-generation. Watching my grandmother bake pies for family and friends during my early youth years, has developed into my dream business. The inspiration from my family has empowered me to develop many different types of pies with an “Audrey twist of love”. What started out as a conversation with my son, has flourished into the brand of OMG Sweet Potato Pies.
